OUR HISTORY

My great-grandmother, Mrs. Misiá Margarita, a lover of cooking and good food, had to take charge early of tasks that the customs of the time indicated as inappropriate for a woman of her position, since, in addition to taking care of her numerous offspring, she had to assume the administration of the hacienda, due to his premature widowhood.

Against all odds, his domains were extended, facing with the temper of a woman the direction of the farm’s agricultural work, and the operation of the oil mill, in which he produced the finest olive oils, highly appreciated in high society. from Santiago.

Having more than accomplished this, and when his children left the family plot, he returned to his most beloved hobby, devoting himself, in the privacy of his kitchen, to experimenting with his oils and different aromatic herbs, until he achieved the perfect fusion of their characteristics, recipes that They have been preserved to this day as family heritage.

Today we continue testing with different fusions and aromas with a high quality standard, to continue delivering a product of excellence.
